The influencer data provided through our service is for your internal business use only. You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or share the data with third parties
Use the data to create a competing service
Scrape or systematically download data from our platform
Use the data for spam or unsolicited communications

7. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of subscription periods.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SmallFame and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
